1. Mckenzie Therapy
The McKenzie Method is a biopsychosocial approach to musculoskeletal care that places a strong emphasis on patient autonomy and self-care. Acute, subacute, and chronic disorders of the spine and extremities are all covered by this approach of diagnosis and patient care.
2. Mulligan therapy
With the help of Mulligan’s technique the therapist uses manual “repositioning” of the affected joint to restore function and eliminate pain as the patient moves through their range of motion.


3. Maitland’s technique
Maitland concept, also referred to as the Maitland technique, is a method of treating mechanical pain and stiffness that involves passive and auxiliary spinal mobilizations.
